Egg laying under roosting pole, how do I move her to nest box?

I have a hen who just started laying yesterday. We were caught off guard and had their nesting boxes blocked off until they were at laying age, which we thought was a few weeks out. Well we were wrong and she is now laying eggs under the roosting poles. We u'n blocked the nesting boxes and made nice little nests for them. How do we get her to move, any suggestions?

Do you have fake eggs in the nesting boxes? They like to lay where eggs are - so that's how I kept mine from laying in the same kind of area you are dealing with. One cochin still refuses to lay in a nesting box. I'm working on her tongue.png

I put golf balls in the nesting boxes hope it has the same affect. Guess we will see tomorrow. Crossing my fingers she gets the idea!
