X2 with Celtic. They all have caruncles. The caruncles do grow on you though It grows gradually so I don't really even notice it.
JM hatchery is one of the few hatcheries that you can buy them from. They don't ship as well as other ducklings.
I think their meat is like beef or veal. Its less fatty than other duck. Especially the breast. In fact, I cook mine like I would a thick steak, salt and pepper, sear and finish in the oven.
I don't have the french whites (unfortunately) but the drakes get big. I think 12 lbs at 12 weeks. Female muscovy are nowhere near as large.
I have only hatched out one clutch of scovies and of 14 eggs, 11 hatched. Muscovy are typically very good broodies and mothers, though there are exceptions. They are seasonal layers so you could probably get at least 2-3 clutches a year if left with mom.
If you haven't owned ducks before, research the care and feeding of ducklings before getting any.
Here is a link that has many of the colors. Go about 1/3 of the way down and you will see a show muscovy with a head full of caruncles (too much)
