Was thinking as she grows, she'll get her full gold colors, but she is staying white? Im sure she is a mix, but what breeds? she is going on 8 weeks old
I was thinking Rooster? I never own a buff orp. roo. but the pattern on feathers looks like it. or a mixed breed.
Doesnt look like a buff, def a male though.

Where did you get it? The color could essily be a sex link pullet, but the thicker legs make me think cockerel. Is it a second gen sex link?

Now I most definately had it in my head this was a female Buff Orpington! so far you are all telling me this is a completely diff kinda chicken and its a male?? LOL LOL oooh noooo! lol The lady at the farm who was selling these peeps were all the same. She said Buff Orphintons, Rhode Island Reds and Barred Rocks! She did tell me if any turned out to be males, she would take it back and give a female the same age. Honestly I dont care what kind they are. Im just happy to have chickens again. Thank you kindly for your replies. NOT what I expected to hear Hahahaa
