Progress of Cochin Chicks!

So, September 14 our hen hatched 7/10 cochin chicks. 6 of them survived. They are splash, golden laced, and mille fluer. This will be a photo journal on how they mature. I will try to update a pic of them every Saturday. If there pics aren't updated the I will try to get them ASAP. Here they are-

First dust bath!

 

Here are the newest pics- 10/7/12

This is the cockerel I'm keeping- Only one showing a lot of white

 

Another showing dark brown color- no white yet

 

Here is a cockerel- mostly black with a little white and red

 

And this one is mainly black with few red streaks-

Sorry everybody- the weather hasn't been good so I'll get the pics tuesday probly. It's supposed to be nice then.

this'll be fun, I am excited to watch them grow up and mature!

Proud owner of 8 chickens, 2 bunnies, and 1 dog and I love them so much!
