Tylan 50 injectable, ORALLY??

Hun I would go with the anti fungal treatments first. I know the oxine is expensive but you will have a gallon for years.

Try some vites and electrolytes in her water. Make a mash with a small amount of garlic, oregano (or italian spices), a small amt of live yogurt, scrambled egg, and small amt of ginger root, and some of her food. She will love it. Put some Apple Cider Vinegar with the Mother in her water too. And when you have the money I would get some Oxine.

I actually have done the mixture of those foods and she gets sav-a-chick every couple days. Also have done the apple cider vinegar, but i'm glad you mentioned ginger root! I have been trying to find if it was safe. I returned the tylan and ordered the cheapest oxine I could find. I only ordered a quart size, it was $21.00 with shipping which isn't terrible. Just ahve to budget for the rest of the week haha.

Where did you get it at that price? I am running low and I like to put it in my incubator too. I just use 7 drops per gallon of water and then use that water in my incubator. Thanks

Next time you need it, purchase from here. You could have gotten a gallon for not much more money. I wish I would have posted this information sooner.

I only have 2 birds

so I didn't think a gallon was necessary.

Only two? How did you manage that? I started out wanting 6 and ended up with 60 :) Due to Marek's, I'm now back down to 35. I use oxine on everything, even my shoes!
Well I started with 3, one was a roo and I was given 4 more from the breeder, 2 of those were roo's, one was getting bullied bad so I gave ehr to my friend, and one died. So that makes 2

I am going to stick with these though, because a sussex I got also died and I am having NO LUCK! I thought chickens were supposed to be easy.... So I want to start a small breeding project but not until next year. Until then I have these two,

I was reading your posting on nebulizer for chickens The only one I can find is the type you put in your mouth and inhale it Is this the same type you recommend Thanks
