What about Japanese Bantams?  Mine really small, you can easily get one sitting in one hand.

My japanese bannie was really small too but the old english bannies are even smaller.

The ABA standard for Japanese is 26-22-22-20 (cock-hen-cockerel-pullet).  For Old English it is 24-22-22-20.  For rosecomb it is 26-22-22-20.

Not according to the ABA  standard, which lists cocks at 16 oz.

Well, how about Sparrow an OEGB, weighing 1 pound, and standing about 2 inches tall. She is incredibly tiny. I love her.
