mountain quails

Hey i saw this earlier today in the San Francisco/bay area craigslist ad. The person has 5 birds (2 1/2 year) for $250, comes with their cages, feeder and waterer and another 9 young birds (6 months) also including cage, feeder and waterer for $450. I think that's a pretty good deal for who ever wants to start their own flock.

The cost for the birds is about right at 50 dollars each.  For the free cage, I wonder how something that large is getting shipped unless its only for locals.  The shipping cost would be pretty high.

i don't think the person is shipping the cages and most likely it's for local. I'm guessing, but i think he might just sell the birds alone if he were to ship.
