This is great, and I will definitely be checking out general reviews when I am looking for eggs.
However, maybe it should be in a particular form and just stick to facts, so people can make their own judgements, and there wouldnt be any negative feelings.
This is what I think the format should be.
Mine is an example from eggs I bought off the buy boards

Shipper/Seller: cowgirl75446
Type of Eggs: 30 pure breed mix
Date Requested: 10/9/12
Date Received: 10/12/12
Packing: Great, not one broken
Hatch Rate: 6/30
Communication: good

I like this format. If you add the post # to the feedback I can probably (depending on time) add the feedback to the spreadsheet I have and publish it on Google Drive (used to be Docs) so that everyone can see it and it will be sortable so you can find all the feedback to/from any particular swapper.

Each child is unique and will develop in his own way and time. Be patient, flexible and encouraging. Always lead; don't push. Most of all, remember that children truly are a GIFT from God. - author unknown

Maybe we should change date received to 'date shipped'. Date received could be impacted by PO delays that could negatively reflect on the shipper if we don't clarify.

Breeds I own: Orpingtons in Lemon Cuckoo, Lavender, & LF Chocolates. Golden Cuckoo & Birchen Marans, Cream Legbar, Norwegian Jaerhon, Golden Campine, Blue & Black Breda, GS Barred & Blue Plymouth Rocks, D'Uccles.

Or better yet, how about this so everyone can input it directly:

No, I don't think it can be edited. However, you can fill out the form if you want when you receive the eggs and then fill out another one when the eggs hatch. As long as I have the post # so I can make sure I am matching them up correctly, I think I can go in and combine them.
