Eating muscovy ducks?

Is muscovy kind of like mallard in flavor or is it less gamey like other domestic ducks?

Muscovy is not in the mallard family . The meat is more like veal , very tasty .I cooked them , up to a yr. old , in a covered roasting pan with a little bit of water for humidity at 350 .

I sometimes cook a skinless breast and then chill it. I then slice them up and make a platter with sliced duck breast and sliced cheese. Every single time people have assumed it was beef. It's absolutely delicious.
