Is this hen a Welsummer or Light Brown Leghorn?

I'm thinking welsummer. My leghorn girls had larger combs at this age. I don't remember when the earlobes became apparent, but I remember the comb vividly. You'll be able to tell us in the spring what color egg she lays!

I am hoping. But I really want to sell the Welsummers as a pair if she is one. But I need to be positive. Thanks for your help.

I had the same problem trying to decided what my girl was! We did the feet and earlobe test! And was pretty sure she was a wellsummer! Sure enough when she finally laid that dark brown eggs we knew what she was! Whenever she lays you'll definitely know hahaha can't get those eggs mixed up!!!

X2--the eggs will be the perfect test! :)

Thanks Everyone. I hope you are all right! I have a Welsummer rooster that is going to need a home and it is easier when there is a hen to go with him. I was hoping to sell them soon, instead of waiting for her to lay eggs, lol. But I don't want to sell her as a Welsummer if she is a Leghorn. So I will wait alittle longer and keep watching those earlobes. Thanks, Lisa
