BIN: 12+ Blue,Black,Splash,White, Partridge & buff silkie eggs ship 2/26/2017wk located in Georgia

I am needing just buff eggs again. Are yours laying enough to do specific colors? Others in my area are breeding your other colors and I don't want to step on any toes by having them too. I need new blood in my buff pen though.

Yes we can take an order of buff silkies only. Specific color orders do take longer as you may recall. The quicker you pay the sooner, I can get to you. It looks from my poor memory that we have 3 orders ahead of you, so best thing would be to pay first and be sure to put all the requested information, and then we will get you on the calender! Thanks for your interest. Look forward to serving you. Sending you a message.

Eggs come from all pens that are laying. Colors will come from what pens are laying and can include blue, black, splash, white and partridge and perhaps a few buff If there are some you want more than other colors, please let me know but some colors are laying better than others, so orders will be filled according to WHICH hens are laying! The Garry Farm breeder silkies are crested, bearded, blue ear lobes, 5 toes. Our flock is largely from Mbrobbins here on BYC, but also have silkies from other BYC'ers and others who have award winning birds. Have Bobby Porto, Aimee Crego and Sunshine Silkies lineage as well as other quality lines! Although all our breeders are show quality, not pet quality, no guarantee you will only get show quality babies, but it certainly helps when you have a wonderful gene pool working for you...We love our silkies. They are super pets & great broodies One of the new blue hens that we have been hatching from a quad purchased from Marci. Cannot wait until she lays eggs! Should be very very soon! Here is a picture of her mother! and another view of her mother! A few more of our buffs:

We had a 3.5 hour power outage last night due to the snow storm. We moved the eggs up in front of the fireplace, but could only get it to about 90 degrees in the box. It was between 80-90 the whole time. Hoping for the best. They are now on lock down and expected on Thursday. I hope we didn't lose them. I've been so excited to meet them!

Paula, I am hoping and praying alongside you as well!!! You can message me on my gmail [email protected] as well. Now remember to give a little extra time for hatching as the temp was running low.....

Power Interruption is a hazard. To overcome the problem I suggest using a device called a UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply). The device is two-fold as it protects from Surge Voltage and also supplies AC Power to appliances or electronics when the power to your residence is lost.

All UPS Units contain a rechargeable battery that kick-in within milliseconds of a power outage. The electronics connected to the UPS will never loose power for a given period of time.

The work load or Wattage is dependent on the UPS Rating. The UPS can be an inexpensive unit that last 15 to minutes, up to 1200 Watt systems that last hours. Naturally the high wattage units cost a great deal, however, they are worth every cent if a sensitive device has a chance of failure.

I have a 1000 W UPS and that maintained my incubator for over an hour when my power was out a few weeks ago. I also used a UPS as power backup for my Laptop Computer, another for the Radio and small TV, a UPS for my Internet Modem ( signal was available) and another for a Lamp. As you can see, I have several UPS devices available and when the power returns they all regenerate back to full back up storage.
Any Question? Feel free to contact me accordingly. Lauren

Judith McClean you have your paypal billing info in an e mail to you. Thanks so much and let me know if you have any more questions.

So, despite the power outage, I still had a very successful hatch and now have 10 new healthy Silkie chicks! And they are beautiful. Couldn't be happier. Thank you Garry Farm!
