I got another medium sized coop built to move the last batch of youngins into. .well they are about 4 months old! Lol
I've been sooo crazy busy with way too many life challenges that I hadn't gotten them moved out! Now their first night out and came the storms!!
It really came down here and Very strong winds! I'm hoping the rain dies down a bit so I can go peek to make sure Mr. Pea is still on the roof!!
I hate it but they choose to sleep on the roofs. Mrs Pea on the coop roof but Mr Pea on the house!
Good news is I was told that my newest additions may be being shipped out next week! ! I am so excited! I will be receiving 2 young White Peafowl. Of course I won't know gender for almost a year. .but nonetheless I am going to try to handle these a lot, as my pair I have were already 2 yrs and the hen 5 months or so. They are both great but I would rather hand raise in hopes to improve on their sociability. I am only now being able to get my pair to come very close to me and I can walk right by them without them running off trying to keep a comfortable distance.
