Getting the flock out of here - a diary of a crazy chicken man

LOL.... the chickens are actually about twice as big as they were before with a bit more detail. I thought this was for his sign in the Philippines so I bumped up the resolution so the color separation would be cleaner for the silk screen process. I didn't realize this was for a bumper sticker.... LOL. The silhouette background tells the back story... The white banner and already existing logo he had for Getting the flock out of here have the same color to tie them together. The white banner with black printing bring the Name recognition part out to the forefront easy to read in any light.

I think you are right about the palm trees. As art I was hoping the white would tie in with the plane and banner. Its either not enough to matter or like you say too busy. Compositionally the three chickens with rooster looking across to the Golf bag. The triangle goes up from the chickens to the plane and from the plane to the golf bag. Thats how we humans perceive things at a glance.

The logo was meant for a sign and to use in electronic media.

The merchandising products are an add-on. More as give aways for friends really. The hi-res image is great and I really appreciate it.

If you have some bacitracine/neosporine put it on the membrane to stop it shrink wrapping. That chick almost looks ready to come out
I have Muprocin. Isn't that the generic of bacitracine? It is from my staggered hatch, and day 21 would be Friday. All its clutch mates hatched on either day 19 or 20 from their start days.

look what i found on craigslist

the owner moved & went off grid so he had little use for a 3 year old sportsman
with shipping they are almost $800
he wanted 400 bucks cash

it's now in my living room waiting for a good cleaning
i'll have to do a test hatch before i put any high dollar eggs in it
but it looks to work just fine

so don't beat yourself up

I figure I did all I could which was more than some would have.
She hatched 4 out of 6 in her batch. And one of the two never developed. She is still sitting on her sisters egg which isn't due to hatch til next week since her sister was killed.
