6 weeks and my hen is still not well....what else can I do

Our 8 month old Dorkling has had a respiratory infection for over 6 weeks. We have isolated her from the flock. No other chickens are sick. She has been to the vet twice and has been treated with two different antibiotics. She is eating, but losing weight. We have put a mint steam by her cage, give her plenty of fresh veggies, plain yogurt,


worms, ACV in her water, vits, and even a B-12 injection. There are times her breathing is very labored. She has swollen glands on both side of her face...I've attached a photo. The glands are so swollen she cannot breath through her nose so always has her beak open. We have been nursing this girl non - stop and are doing everything we can think of to save her. The vet didn't give us much hope,but after 6 weeks you'd think she would either die or get better. Please, any suggestions or ideas on what to do, or what is wrong with her would be so appreciated. What does the cleft in the roof of her mouth look like?

This is what it should look like, nice and clean.


It should not have pus in the cleft like this one does.
 
Thank you for responding. We have treated the Dorking with Tetramycin first, the Baytril, and now she is on a sulfur drug. Still not getting better. I will check her cleft this morning and get back to you. I did research mycoplasma, and it certainly sounds like this might be what she has. This makes me very upset with the vet (who is suppose to know chickens). I asked her to take a blood draw but she told me it wouldn't show what was wrong. The sacs on the side of the Dorks face are very hard. They seem to change and move around. I will report on the appearance of the cleft, but any other thoughts and suggestions are welcome. After 6 weeks and hundreds of dollars trying to save this bird, we are at our wits end.
 
I just checked her cleft and it is perfectly normal. No signs of pus. One thing I wonder about is does her beak look right to you? The top beak is so far over the bottom, that she seems to have problems grabbing onto her food. She only weighs 2.5 lbs and continues to lose weight. After reading some other threads, I wonder if she has worms? If so, what do people recommend for wormers? I'm grabbing at straws here...trying to figure this out. Bottom line she is weak, losing weight, has clear discharge from her beak, has impacted glands (sacs) on her face, and sometimes difficulty breathing.
