Rule #2 Clarification: Class Discussions
2. Students enrolled at CSU shall not speak, post, or address the faculty until such time as the faculty has completed "judging" the bird and instructing the class. All students, not exhibiting at the time, must agree to hold any and all questions until the lecture/teaching/instruction period has been completed.
Revised to add: Those exhibiting and providing photos ARE INVITED to discuss their submissions and may share with fellow exhibitors at any time during the submission/judging/teaching process. The conversation, between exhibitors for the breed section, is educational and highly encouraged.
Discussion among exhibitors, during the period preceding judging, are encouraged to discuss their exhibition, the breed, their history of their bird's development, etc. Students not exhibiting at this particular time are encouraged to hold their comments and questions until judging has been completed.
