Hen isolates herself from the rest of the flock...

Hi Everyone, I have experienced this many times before my chickens perish.. And i want to know what it is. My hen, about 3 years old, isolates herself from the flock. She hides in the nesting box or in the bushes. I have just noticed this today. She is not eating or drinking, I am not sure what to do. I have thought about taking her to the vet, but i think there is nothing much they can do. Sometimes when she walks she lifts her foot up. I would appreciate any useful advice.

I still have to figure this out, you see i have many hens in my coop.. I will get back to you, Thanks
 
OK i just checked and i believe it is similar to the "Ceacal" section, and no she has not been wormed before.
 
Hi, i didn't feel any mass but i did notice her stomach felt really strange, jelly-like, which is really abnormal i have never felt her stomach like this before. She doesnt have lice or mites
 
I just thought of something in the past two of my hens suffered from gape worm.. maybe her symptoms will lead to this?
