If you need a little less acreage and havea whole lot more money look at 4686 Mcwhorter Road in London Ky. This house has an epic pool with waterfall and the kitchen is just beyond stunning. I just have to hit the lottery.....

Not bad, pretty cheap land, but I would rather buy land in Wyoming for like $500 per acres.

THe downfall of cheap Wyoming land is proximity to cities and towns and way shorter growing seasons. THose areas down near Manchester and Barbourville also have gas royalties, timber,mineral and coal rights.

seen that site plenty of times,gorgeous country around the parks. Bitter long winters,grizzly bears and lots of wolves.
Free range,flying,and good at hiding poultry.
