Sorry for your loss, do you know why your new hen died?
you do not live far from me my place is between hwy 12 and IH 10 close to the Texas Louisiana border.
 
That is very close if you have any breeder hens for sale I'm very interested. I don't know why she died she did have a cold the week before but I gave her medicene for that my one of my males is sick right know all the area around his eye is swollen but it's getting better I'm giving him vetrx and eye worming medicene

I don't think Vetrx is going to help. Make sure you read Kathy's info....or I'm worried you'll loose more :(
