It's an Icelandic roo that's comb grew off to the side.  The picture was taken when he was younger and it's actually evened out quite a bit since then.  Although the comb caused him to not be in contention as a breeding roo.

Here's one!   My son put up a quick make-shift fence around my planter. The ladies where inside it in a matter of minutes!
