Omega 3 eggs?

It is supposed to be better if your eggs contain Omega 3, so how do we get Omega 3 into our eggs or know if they already contain it?

Thanks,

You can feed flax seeds but don't give too much- one source I read said about 4% of the feed, or it can make your eggs taste fishy.

Are you talking about to benefit your own nutrition?  If so it's a lot easier to just take an Omega 3 supplement yourself rather then trying to get more of it into your eggs.
