I didn't have the greatest experience with them, but this is purely based off of the customer service aspect as I ended up NOT ordering chicks from them. I placed an order online, and due to a glitch was charged twice for my order. My money was immediately held "pending transaction" even though I never received an order confirmation or anything. I call the next day to get it sorted, and they say they have no record of my order. I was a bit frustrated because it clearly shows the money has been charged not once, but twice from my bank account. Okay, I understand technological mishaps occur but... the woman I spoke with on the phone treated me like a moron and implied that it was MY fault the website hadn't worked correctly. She told me "well, when you place your next order please do it over the phone so YOU don't make a mistake again." WHAT?!? All I was looking for was an apology or assurance about the website and for them to help me remedy the situation. You know... customer service? I obviously entered my info correctly or it wouldn't have been taken from my account.

Anyway... I am still waiting for the money to be returned from limbo... which means I'm out $160 until whenever. Worse case scenario I will file a dispute for my bank to handle. So frustrating! Based on the lack of concern for me as a potential customer and the snarky attitude I received, I decided ordering live animals from this place may end badly... especially if something happened with any of the chicks and I needed to contact them. I ended up buying chicks locally.
