I have BlackStar Chickens and i have Eggs Eggs Eggs I am selling 12 eggs for 25.00 or i will trade for turkey or geese eggs would rather trade but i will allways send extra eggs shipping cost is 15.00 you must send me money order, i will always send fresh eggs
my birds are beautiful and health. Please email me with any question .. i am ready for 2013 hatching

this was my question also, black stars come from crossing a rhode island roo with a barred rock hen. the product from a black star x black star would be genetically unpredictable as to which breed characteristics they would inherit and the product would be less likely to be a sex linked chick. black star are hybrids, they are easy to sex chicks, males have white spot on head, and they are real laying machines.

Exactly. If they are black star to black star then they are basically mutts due to the previous mix it took to make the parent stock. But with the RIR/BR cross you get chicks that are sexable at hatch & bred to produce eggs. The 2nd mix would be worth a good bit more than the 1st mix mentioned.
 
iam in need of 50 fertile black star eggs now to put under my 5 hens that just started setting 3 days ago . my hens are good setters and i don't want to break them up . please help . the eggs they are sitting on now are not fertile THANKS
