Chicken Math Strikes Again!

Chicken math is about to strike again!  One of our long-term sponsors, Ideal Poultry, is having a special sale on ducks and bantams for their January 16th hatch, and they wanted to extend an invitation to BYC members first!  You can visit their website here to learn more about their sale!

Hatchery choice ducks are available at a low price of only $1.95 each
Bantam Special only .85 each
Red or Black Broilers are .90 each
 
The minimum order for ducks is 20 and for bantams and broilers is 25.
 
The special is valid for the January 16th hatch.

Check out the details above - Ideal shared with us that the sale is in effect for the January 16th hatch, so I think the sale might not be live yet!

The specials that are showing up state they are for the January 16 hatch date, but bantam hatch special is not there.

 

2 Paso Fino geldings, 3 Border Collies, Welsh Harlequin Ducks, Swedish Flower Hens,  Seramas

Oh no! No! This can't be happening! 

 

Everytime that hatchery has a sale, I've been tempted to order chickens. .85 cent bantams sound too good to be true... Mom will kill me! hide.gif

No icon for bantams and I can't buy them for .85 individually.  On the plus side 2 bucks each for 20 pekins.  Too bad I don't need any.

I wonder how we order if we cant fine the deal. Do we wait until the 16th?

Also I wanted to add taht the min order is $25 not 25 chicks.

I am a vegatarian I have 21 chickens, 3 dogs, 1 cat, 4 goats, 1 rabbit, and 1 gineau pig! =) I love chickens!

i called ideal and they are running the special and she was surprised it wasnt on the website. but they are sold out for tomorrows hatch but taking orders for next weeks hatch.

im so tempted she did the math and i could 30 chicks and shipping for $37!!! im so tempted!

They already sold out of the bantam specials. The specials that are still available are the ones on the website. smile.png
