I think they would if I packed them good enough. Ive heard about people shipping from pretty far away. This spring fair they will probably have some, I got my first Frizzle and Polish from County fair.

Ameraucanas are so awesome! They are beautiful, sweet, and amazing :)

Really? Oh there's hope for me. Did I already mention it's hard to find certain chicken breeds here in Hawaii.

Adorable!

Additionally, do frizzled birds need extra care verses a smooth feathered bird? I only ask because there's the possibility of my serama's being frizzled. I spoke with the breeder the other day and because my Japanese eggs were duds, she is going to replace them toward the end of February/beginning of March. ^_^ I also found out what breeds my mixed breed egg could be... apparently she keeps Japanese, Seramas, Cochins and Naked Necks in the pen that egg came from. Should be an interesting mix!! LOL

Wow! So cute! I know someone who went to Hawaii and they saw a bunch of feral chickens. She joked around and  said, "April, I should've brought some chickens home for you!" ha ha

Calico roo in project pen

Blue hen in project pen..

Ok I will join in I have a sportsman full of eggs at the moment, expecting eggs over the next 3 weekends as I have been setting eggs once a week for the last month or two.

I am expecting mostly silkies from 3 pens, and some Black tail white Japs.  14 eggs if memory serves, couple of pens are young hens and studs so these will be the first prodigy from them (very excited!)

I have 2 show white lines, and a project pen with a calico roo (looks like a birchan with brown leakage) with a splash and blue hen.  Not sure what I will be getting in terms of coulor with this trio,  the birds are pretty nice type so should be super cute babies!

Look forward to hatching with everyone!
