Introducing a Silkie roo to my full size hens

I currently have two coops and runs.  One houses six silkies, that were supposed to be 1 roo and 5 hens, but turned into 3 roos and 3 hens.  In the other coop I have have 2 barred rock, 3 australorps and 2 very bossy egg eating delawares.  The delawares, Precious and Princess are very bossy, loud and egg eaters.  They have attacked poor Lucy so much that she is missing most of her comb.  One of my roosters is very strong willed.  The other two are sweet and gentle, but Buddy is the man.  I am about to put him in with the "big girls."  From everything I have read, I am thinking that I should just put him in.  They have all been on the same property for 6 months, just not in together.  Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Well, we tried adding Buddy to the big girls... it did not go well.  At first he was holding his own, and then Precious got ahold of him.  She drew blood on him in under 3 seconds.  She stayed on him until he ran and hid, he cried.  It was so sad, and awful.  Buddy is now back in his old coop.  Looks like Precious is dinner this week.  I have never had to do this before.  Sigh

Honestly, I would turn Precious AND Princess into soup. If they're so mean that they've removed most of another birds comb and are eating eggs, they aren't worth the money it costs to feed them IMHO. You may find that once they're gone you can put the poor little Silkie guy in with your big girls.
Normally, I'd say keep the Silkie with other Silkies. They're already at such a disadvantage bc of their size and crests hindering their eyesight (if yours have big crests), but since he did ok before the meanies got to him, he may be fine once they're gone-if you decide to get rid of them. I agree, here is a pic of a cross between a bantam silky roo and a barred rock hen (could be the RIR hen)
