frozen feet? please help - Page 2

They do look swollen.  I would probably bring her in for an hour or so to see if they improve.  but, I guess if she is still walking around fine then I wouldn't be too worried.  I have nothing to compare them too so maybe she just has fuller toes than other birds.

Do a search for swollen feet on this site.  I doubt they're "frozen".  There are other things that can cause this.

If you bring her in for the winter she will have to be re introduced to the flock and go through the pecking order again.

Yeah they are frozen. I felt then and they are really cold. And when she walks on food it sounds like wood walking on wood

Like anything else that is frozen you have to warm it gradually. She may get better, she may not. Chickens are hardy creatures though.

i would take her in out of the cold to let them thaw out and then see if she can keep them warm.  As long as she isnt away for more than a few hours she should fit back in just fine.  Dont put them in warm water or anything just maybe put her in a porch or something so she can get warmed up and then place her back out.

How cold has it gotten?

You say she can not bend toes?
