egg turner or not?

Is it better to use auto egg turner or to turn by hand?

I've heard that turning by hand produces better hatch results. But I've also read posts here by members who used a turner and were very happy with it. I personally prefer turning by hand, but if you can't turn them regularly, for example if you are working all day, then an egg turner would be ideal, as it's better than not turning often enough or never. During the first week or 2 it is vital that the eggs gets turned frequently.
