Does anyone have any idea when a little hobby farm goes into a small business farm, im getting an upwards of 70 dozen eggs a month and im growing. i live in new jersey, does anyone know what the rules and regulations for selling eggs are? Do i need permit or anything? any info would be helpful at this point. I'm not farm assested just yet, im in the process of getting all the paper work filled out. i will be also getting more animals to fulfill the requirement to be farm assested.

I don't think so....If you want to sell your eggs you can go on localhens.com.Its where you put in your zip code and finds local farms close to you that sells eggs and other stuff. You can make your own page for free! And there's a article on localhens on BYC.Hope this helps!
