Hi everyone! I am so excited to be joining the "chicken" community. I have my first batch of babies arriving within the next week or two and I couldn't be more excited. I ordered Barred Plymouth Rocks and Buff Orpingtons. I am married with two kids and a small dog and couldn't be any more excited about our new additions. I recently moved to North Platte, NE from Lakeland, Florida and the Midwest has been rubbing off on me...lol! I went and bought all the supplies I needed to make my first brooder...I'm sure I'll have plenty of questions in the future! I look forward to getting to know you all!
