Hello!
Name is Claire and I'm from Converse, Texas. Unfortunately I am currently in a rental which doesn't let me have pets unless I'd like to pay a ridiculous amount of money. However, in the long run I plan on getting a few Silver Grey Dorkings, because it's originally a Roman so I think it would tolerate the ridiculous heat I'm to expect down here. Though their eggs are only a slightly tan color and I do love a dark egg. However I'd rather not invest in an animal that couldn't stand the given climate. Also they just look freaking awesome.
I have always loved birds, and if they give me meat and eggs, all the better. One day I'd like to even have a Golden Pheasant and some Peafowl. O! and some Toulouse Geese <3 <3 <3
Anyway, joined to soak in the collective knowledge this place offers as well as maybe add a bit to the pot.
