I very much agree!

I've got nine lovely bantam pekins, one Brahma, one welsummer and six hybrid hens! Along with light sussex bantams, black copper marans, Cream legbars, Arucanas, Welsummers, bantam and LF orpingtons, Bantam Wyndottes, Booted bantams, Silver Dorkings, Ixworth and Barnvelders in a field next to me!

Used to be on here a lot but have had a break. I am from Aberystwyth, Mid Wales and have had good advice and made a good friend in America on this forum

I'm from Wrexham, born here, grew up near to Mold, now live 10 minutes back towards Wrexham in a village called Llay smile

Looking for other chicken fans locally to share knowledge etc as I am new to keeping chickens myself - need advice on fox/badger-proofing and various other pest/rodent problems before I settle on a final design for my first coop.

Also looking for local chicken breeders as would like a varied flock, although only a small one!

Hey everyone,, nice to see so many people on here from England! big_smile Does anyone live near Bristol or the south west area? Im looking to re home my two drake khaki campbels but cant find anyone who wants them. Im not expecting payment for them as I was led to believe they were female when I bought them! and now I realise they are drakes! Not happy. I need to re home them ASAP as they are causing my only female loads of hassle. Please please please help.
