Rooster: Wattle has some discoloration

Hello,
I was wondering, if anyone could tell me anything about wattle discoloration? I am a little concerned.
 
That could be. I don't live in an extremely cold place, but it has dipped down to 11 degrees, in recent days; only to rebound into the 60's. Crazy weather. Thank you!
 
Can you post a pic? Could be a couple diffferent things. Humidity from lack of ventilation, not just cold temps, is the real culprit of frostbite.
