I took a bunch of pics of my older Pekins today in their temporary outside pen today. They only truly forage, relax and be duckies when I'm am right by them.....I can watch them out of the windows in my house. That makes me feel real good, but will like it when they adjust to being out there in the big world also.

Taking a nap by me after some playful hot laps around the pen....which is hilarious, IMO...some grass eating, wing flapping, preening and water drinking.
 
My daughter named them Scrooge and Webbigael. First time outside since we got them last week. The weather has been pretty crappy here in MI. The female seems to be quite bow-legged. Not sure if that is bad or if she will grow out of it. Any thoughts about that? They had no interest in our chickens and the chickens had no interest in them. I expected differently, lol.

Im Not an expert but bow legged usually means niacin deficient. What are you feeding? You can give brewers yeast or straight niacin with their food. I tried giving it in their water but they always end up spilling or wearing more than they drink.
 
As a side note. Mine were walking funny but not bowed and sneezing alot so I used brewers yeast that i got from gnc because it has alot of other vitamins that are good for them. They were 2 weeks then, I gave one teaspoon a day for 5 days. I will give one teaspoon a week from now on unless i see a problem then i will give more. This seems to be what many recommend for young ducks.

Then Charlotte was wanting some lap time .. And Webber .. Well she fell off the lil lap they were trying to squish all on to! Haha gettin big!!
