Unassembled coop kits

If you have not yet done so look here on BYC at Coops and see what others have built, I built my coop for under 100.00 with pallets and salvaged wood and metal. I Spent more on wire for the run. Here are a few pictures and more to be found on my page.

If you have a library- try there first, if they don't have books on chickens & coops they will be able to get them for you, find one that you really like & them buy it. If you live within hauling distance of a big city, try their craigslist. Ours has sheds all the time, some of them are gorgeous and whatever size you want will sooner or later come up for sale, sometimes at really good prices or you can bargin down to a good price. Look at the reviews on the prebuilt coops, they leak, are made very flimsy, and tend to not have predator proof hardware. Not to mention their size, or lack thereof. One thing I would look for on a coop is roof overhang, its something that is easily overlooked and really will make a difference if you get a lot of rain or even snow.
