I also have a sick chicken She is a sweet little brown hen and a good egg layer, but lately. she is curled up in the long grass and doesn't run and play with the others. She just comes out of the coop in the morning and goes about 10 feet and stays there all day. We have to pick her up to put her back in the coop in the evenings. She has stopped eating and drinking, has a yellow mess around her rear and her comb is lying flat on one side. I suspect she is about 6 years. Any suggestions?
