That is actually what the woman told us who we got the ducks from! she said they make anything you bake, fluffier! so it would be nice to have at least one girl!

Wait till you have made brownies. oh my gosh. so moist and fluffy. they also make great egg salad too. my dh doesn't like the taste just to eat them but I think it's mostly in his head. But we have chickens too so doesn't matter.
