Is anyone interested in a Roo, he's about one year old (estimating), gorgeous, great personality. He is a Black Breasted Red Phoenix Rooster. I ended up with three, and lately the other two have starting bullying him more and more. His name is George and I want him to go to a good home and not the dinner plate. He loves running up to you and eats out of your hand. He is an active crower and most of the time it is sing songy but sometimes he is still learning and it cuts off mid-way lol. I am located in Pine Island.

Hello I’m located in Fishkill NY. I am in desperate need of a chicken coop!

I have 12 chicks ranging from 5-7 wks, they are all in an extra large insulated dog cage right now, after they outgrew there indoor bins (faster than expected). They’ve been doing fine in the cage but I feel like they may need more room and more ventilation, I’d also love to be able to take the heat lamp I have hung up in the corner down and just have them live in a coop that’s sealed right and has the proper ventilation ect. If anyone in the area has an unwanted coop please let me know I can pick up ASAP!

Hello! I’m in Fishkill as well! I know Blue Seal feed store in Fishkill sells chicken coops. They have a few for sale out front. Tractor supply in Highland and New Windsor also sell them. You can join “Hudson Valley Farm Swap” on Facebook and people sometimes sell used chicken coops there as well. Also check Craigslist.

Not sure if this thread is still active... I'm looking for some ducks to add some diversity to our egg supply. Thinking Khaki Campbells but open to other breeds that can produce good numbers of eggs! Also fine with ducklings - we can wait the six months until they start laying. Also have a Barred Rock cockerel, about a year old, that we'd be happy to swap or rehouse as it's fighting with our other male. We're in Bloomington, 12411 and happy to drive to collect!
