Silver phoenix won't lay!

My sweet little silver phoenix hen is almost a year old, and no eggs! The other ladies (buff orpingtons, easter egger) are laying like fools already, but no such luck with the phoenix. I know they are not great layers, but sheesh!

Anyone had any experience with silver phoenixes? <--no idea if that is how you make it plural!

I got my first trio. of bantam phoenix. Have a silver and golden female and Golden male. This is a young trio. Silver has been laying and golden just laid her first egg yesterday. Are her comb and wattles red and kind of large. Or are they small and not real red. If they are small and not real red ashes probably not laying yet. Also where are you located. Weather could have something to do w ith it
 
My girl will be a year old in June, and her comb and wattles are red (well, white earlobes) but small.

I live in Boyne City. It could be that she was ready to lay when it was too cold, and now it's still too cold. Egger and buff orpingtons are laying machines!
