VERY NEW to CHICKENS from Cecil County Maryland

Where in Cecil are you? I just got some chickens after years of talking about it and learning as I go. Now my biggest problem is trying to figure out if there are any laws about having them.
 
In Rising Sun Outside of town limits. Good luck finding the laws. I had a heck of a time and still did not get any real answers. I live aross from a bunch of cows so I am all good. I do have neighbors but not in a development. I am enjoying our chicks so much I cannot wait for them to be in their coop and to lay eggs!
