Ayam Cemani are still a work in progress. You should expect some great quality and some poor quality, most are good quality but with minor flaws such as white toenails, minor feather leakage or light mouths. (We won't even talk about the poor quality ones, eat them or give them away.) The biggest hurdle challenging me is getting those good black mouths and tongues. Don't judge them as day old chicks. You've got to grow them out some. I usually don't do any culling until at least 10 weeks old.
