I choose names based on personality or color. I have a female chocolate and she buck-wheats constantly. I mean constantly. So her name is "Petty". It started out as Petunia, but Petunia turned to Petty real quick. Not a flattering name, but she doesn't care. I have an Extra Light Buff Male, named Mel for Miller Extra Light. A bully Male named Henry, because I kept saying "Just you wait Henry Higgins, just you wait" (I was planning on sending him to PeepsCA's Georgia chapter of Freezer Camp. I wait until the name comes to me. It's fun for me that way.

Marmaduke is a nice name, but I vote for Rexy. Don't mean to be contrary! big_smile.png

how about "spot"  it will confuse the neighbors when you call for her.

I'm a history freak so I will offer you two names that are history related. Boy: Cosmo after Cosmo De Medici of the powerful Italian renissance era family. Girl: Boudica after the Celtic queen that supposedly wiped out a whole Roman Legion.
