Buying Guinea keets and a couple other questions...

I bought 7 guinea keets three weeks ago and lost 4 within 2 days. I've never lost any baby birds before so it was a shock. Are keets known for being difficult to brood?
Anyway, I am looking for 4 more. I'd like a flock of 7. I live in North Central Washington state. What are some good hatcheries to order from? I got my first ones at Coastal Farm and Ranch and I've been checking back every week but they still haven't gotten any more in.
Also, is it too late to introduce day olds to my three week olds?
Any advice or info would be appreciated. Thanks.
 
I'd need more info before being able to answer your questions. First, how did/do you brood up keets and/or chicks? Do you use a heat lamp? Shavings as bedding? Do you feed game bird starter to keets? Were they shipped or hatched? Sometimes keets just aren't hardy and don't make it.

There are a lot of good hatcheries to buy from. Murray McMurray, Ideal, local hatchers/breeders.

I wouldn't put new keets in with 3 week olds. The older ones will trample the younger ones. Keets grow too fast. Keep them separate until the younger ones are able to handle themselves.
 
and I have never given my keets medicated feed....

don't know what you are feeding yours?

I have used Murray McMurray Hatcheries before for chickens
and have had good results but you might find one a bit closer
to your location...

probably not much help here but good luck!

I currently have Peafowl, guineas, ducks and chickens
with well over 100 birds...oh! plus 5 dogs and a cat!

Thanks so much for the responses.
I brood with a heat lamp, non medicated game bird starter feed, paper towel and then shavings later. I also used a rabbit water bottle and made sure everyone was drinking from it within the first day.

Thank you for the list of hatcheries. I will keep them separated when I finally find some.
