I stole this off of Mailorderpoultry.com. They have a shot on their Novogen page of the difference between a cockerel and a pullet. It's pretty obvious. The males are yellow and the females are a reddish brown. It only gets more obvious as they get older. Unless TSC put a breed such as Rhode Island Reds into the Red sex link bin (which is totally possible) it shouldn't be an issue making sure you got pullets.
