We have 15 laying hens, I know what a couple of the hens eggs look like, but this was only a med sized egg from one of the 9 month old hens.

This week I cracked a store bought egg, to find another small egg the size of a quarter inside. It freaked me out. ha
what breed of hen is this? that is so cool how big it is and that it weighs 6.5oz.
