Can you eat fertile eggs?

Thank you to "Mommy of two" for asking that question that all us "newbies want to know. Also thanks to BC Maraniac for the pic of the yolks explaining what you will see. Wow. That was so so helpful.
Also another thanks to the discussion about cross breeding with different roosters. This was good to know. Thanks so much!!

I saw those and at first thought it was a joke..but they are real! So freaky...
