What Breeds Have Very Dark (Black) Legs, except for the feet?

Black sumatra. Don't believe when people tell you there are mean, mine are super friendly! But same as any chicken, handle him/her as much as possible.
Chick Markings scream Sumatra to me as well.
& I concur, Sumatras are generally a very sweet breed! I have a hen we call "tap dancer" who is constantly tapping her feet all happy like and insists on making sure she lays her eggs right under my feet whenever possible. Wasn't excessively handled as chicks, they're just mellow lil talkers by nature

with a single comb I'd go with a black orp which do have black legs. When you do blue to blue you can get the blacks, so I am leaning toward an orp since you didn't list sumatra and sumatras have pea combs

That sounds logical. Didn't know Black Orps have black legs. Great, thanks! I definitely forgot that Blue anything hatchlings can usually be Blue, Black or Splash. Thanks again!

i have a baby chick right now just like you. The only black legged chickens I have are a white crested black bantam and barred rock hens. My hen has 3 babies, one is yellow, one is barred rock colored, and the last one is black on his back and yellow under the tail with black legs.

What other roosters do you have? You can easily get black/dark legs from mixing breeds.

If your roosters aren't barred, and the eggs are from a barred hen, you've likely got sex link chicks. The barred bird with a white spot on the head is male, the solid dark bird with yellow belly is female. Not sure on the yellow, there was something else going on there.
