I just received this incubator and am doing all of the research I can to successfully hatch at least two ducklings. I'm not familiar with the non medicated ointment gel you referred to for hatching. Can you please expand on that or link me to more info? I need to know what it is/brand and when to use it. I also want to confirm that you did NOT turn the eggs. Have you used this incubator since then? I would love any additional tips. Thank you!
