Who owns a White Eye PeaFowl

that's cool

I love the Cameos

yes I read the article and it was very interesting

I do love looking at pics but never could stand face to face to a pea

I suffer from Ornithophobia and Predatory and large birds are my main issue and peas

when I visit my relatives `because its so hot and we have flat roof homes like a balcony we sleep on the roof and a few houses down there a guy that has a massive Avery on this roof with white peafowl

and on many occasions I have sacrificed being cool and slept in the house and roasted all night as I cant even be close to them

Really? I have had a friend who was afraid of birds...She didn't like to be near them. Some people who are not even really afraid of birds will be a bit afraid to enter my peafowl pen when I first show them my birds. When I was younger and at the zoo I was afraid to feed the turkeys but when I finally did I realized it was not scary. Large birds can be a bit scary, but peafowl can be so shy and will stand near you but most will not want to bet touched by a person or get too close except for the one I had raised...He begs to be pet. They are all very nice birds and fun to watch.

I used to be really afraid of frogs. I would scream if I saw a frog. Now I am not afraid of them, but I don't want to hold one. I can somewhat understand where you are coming from with the fear of some birds.

This is me petting my tame peacock Peep. He is really soft and he loves to be pet.

I have been afraid since I was about 4 when the teacher at school brought in a stuffed turkey vulture

we had to draw it and I was unable to get close to it

I used to be afraid of geese but now im fine as I brought goslings last year and watched them grow and seem to have killed my fear of them

but eagles, peafowl, swans, herons, storks, cranes, anything with a large wingspan puts me into freaks

its the wings mainly that gets me all funny

and peacocks have that massive train and when they wiggle it that's it im done. I might as well die now LOL

a peahen on the other hand I am ok with as it doesn't have the train

a lot of my fear goes hand in hand with claustrophobia

as soon as the wings open or the train opens I feel cornered and vulnerable like there is no way out and im surrounded

I'm new here, I've owned these guys for nearly a year hatched them myself from just eggs.. Are they white eyes?
I just seen White Eyes

does any one actually own them

and if you do would you be kind enough to show some fanning pics please
