What did you name your goose?

I'm trying to come up with names for my goslings and I thought it would be fun to hear what other people came up with! What did you name your goose?
 
My geese are named: Alpha, Beta, Charlie, Delta, No. 1, Ebay, Whitey, Snow, Patches, BW (pronounced b-dub), Shortbus, Chicory & Beignet, Tank, Handful, Sweet Pea, Misty, Nutmeg, Piper, Barley, Ginger, Pistol, Shimmer, Slate, Milo, Spirit, Ember, Hitch, Gimpy, BG, Shuffle, Peanut (RIP), and Peanut's 3.5 week old daughter PJ (Peanut Jr).
 
The goose with a zip tie banded to her right foot is "Rosie".
The one with a band to her left foot is "Lucy".
The unbanded gander is "Gus".

We try not to name them till we know they are going to stay with us for awhile - it is harder to sell the named ones. My daughter is the only one who can tell them apart - my goal this year is to figure out some kind of zip tie labeling system so I can keep track without her. They are all American Buff and I love them, but wish sometimes we had gone with pilgrims so I could tell them apart better.

Currently we have Bumble (he had a touch of bumblefoot as a gosling), Goliath (he is huge), Minnow (She was a tiny gosling and still is small), Whiffle, Buttercup, Big Foot, Chipmunk (as a gosling he had amazingly poofy cheeks), Ghost (she is much paler than the others even though she's from the same parents), Robin Hood, Little John, Warf and Jadzia. The last 4 are new goslings so I'm not sure if their genders are going to match up with their names , so they may end up changing them.

Naming is fun, although most of our geese, with the possible exception of Bumble, don't know their names.
 
Boris, Mary, Martha

We started with Boris and Natasha(RIP), and added Mary and Martha. Mary and Martha got the names from the bible story where Mary sat and listened while Martha ran around working. Mary would come over and talk and Martha always ran around. Now at 7 weeks, Mary is the tall slender one and Martha is shorter, rounder and has rather large lobes. The geese headed to the table don't get names except for names like Dinner, etc.
 
I would recommend non gender specific names. Last year my son gave our 4 geese all boy names. We have Franky and Johnny who turned out to be ganders. We also have Ryan and Timmy who turned out to be females. This year we named our new geese Larry Moe and Curly.
 
Hi...

Mine are Clyde (he fits this very well right now, lol), Bonnie, BJ (Bonnie Jr.) and Wheezie. They are Pilgrims so I now who is what, lol. I had another little one last year that I named Gidgy because she was very small, but she died at a month old :(

Love all the names! It always takes me forever to find just the right name.

My goose's name is faster Anna which means aunt Anna. She is named after my mother's aunt who was a goose girl at the farm where she grew up. She died this past December, 100 years old.
