STRAWBERRY SEASON IS STARTING. Of course this means jam. :D

Today I canned 10 pints of pork stock from raw pork neck bones and then another 10 pints of pork bone broth.

You can't have too much stock/broth. It is so good for all kinds of recipes. Bone broth is also suppose to be good for joints because of the cartilage in then.

I am the original Red Neck Woman, the Wildbunch AKA my children, and my husband have recently moved to the boonies. 3 1/2 acres with 3 ponds and surrounded by woods.

I have a crockpot full from a turkey we had.  Yummy...

I have a turkey carcass in the freezer. I'll be making stock from it. I imagine when I need more freezer space, lol.
